NEW YORK - (KCBD) - Four teenagers in upstate New York were hurt in a car crash after they were playing a strange game.
Police say the game involved the teens trying to hold their breath for the time it took their car to go a third of a mile. During the game, investigators say the driver fainted. That is when the car veered off the road and hit a boulder.
"It's scary to think that kids would play a game like that when they're coming down the road that's 55 miles an hour," says neighbor Danette Porter.
All four teens have been treated and released.
By the way, the driver is a paraplegic, after falling out of a window while in college.
