Roosevelt High School has named Matthew Hiner as Salutatorian for the class of 2012. Matthew, son of Tim and Michelle Hiner of Lubbock, graduates with a grade-point average of 96.40. He plans to attend Texas Tech University and major in Bio Chemistry.
