2010 Parade of Homes begins Saturday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Residents of Lubbock and the surrounding communities are invited to tour 22 homes in four unique subdivisions starting Saturday, June 5th.

The Parade of Homes kicks off Saturday, June 5th and runs through Sunday, June 20th. Parade homes are open to the public Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to browse through 22 distinctive homes located in Bacon Crest, LakeRidge South, Orchard Park and Tuscan Villas.

Admission to the 55th annual Parade of Homes is just $10 for adults and $5 for children. Tickets are available in advance at First Bank and Trust, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal or during the Parade at all four subdivisions. A portion of the Parade proceeds will benefit Lubbock Meals on Wheels.
