Lubbock born actor Chace Crawford arrested Friday in Plano

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock born actor is making headlines. Chace Crawford, who was born in Lubbock but grew up in the Dallas area, was arrested in Plano Friday, for possession of marijuana. The 24-year-old stars on the popular television show "Gossip Girl."

According to a police report, officers found 1 marijuana joint in the car he was riding in. Because of the small amount, the charge is a misdemeanor.
