LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The junk and jewels of a dozen families will be on sale at rock bottom prices, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 5728 80th St. (80th and Frankford) to benefit the Lubbock High School Gold Dust pom squad.
The 2010-2011 LHS spirit squad comprises twelve girls, from freshmen to juniors, chosen by audition. The team is coached by Lubbock High dance teacher Jennifer Davis.
The squad holds numerous fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for camp transportation, contest fees, costumes and more. The group will have two car washes during the summer in addition to the garage sale.
