Gilbreath Sworn In As Lubbock's Newest City Council Member

"You can just call me Landslide Jim," said Jim Gilbreath just after he was sworn in as the newest council member on Tuesday. Gilbreath will represent District 6. He ran for the position unopposed and he was able to take it without an election.

Gilbreath replaces Ty Cooke, who resigned in January.
