LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – The man who now leads Texas' oldest state agency comes to Lubbock Monday at noon.
Incumbent Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson stops in Lubbock at the Silent Wings Museum for a meet & greet at noon. The Texas General Land Office manages state lands and mineral-right properties totaling more than 20 million acres. Patterson, a Republican, faces Hector Uribe, Democrat, in the November election.
