LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Aggravated assault charges have been filed against the man who collided head-on with a Lubbock County Sheriff's Deputy last month.
DPS Troopers say Corporal Scott Duncan was driving on FM 1585, near Highway 87 on May 22nd when a pickup, driven by 47-year-old Tony Aleman, crossed into his lane and hit him head on. Both men were taken to University Medical Center.
Aleman is been charged with aggravated assault, causing serious bodily injury. Aleman has since bonded out of jail.
