LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicts the city's former landfill manager and his accomplice.
John Cobb, 55, is now indicted for theft by a public servant. He was already indicted for credit card abuse.
Supervisors fired Cobb in April, after they questioned some of the charges on his city issued credit card, including a storage shed and other building materials found at his home in south Lubbock County.
Police arrested Cobb last month. His alleged accomplice, 58-year-old Jerry Wilcox of Houston was also indicted for theft.
