Grand Jury indicts Lubbock man in murder

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A man accused of murder has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand jury.

Aaron Rashad Dial, 23, is charged with murder after he was accused of stabbing 36-year-old Christopher Mark Clark in the neck on June 4th in the south parking lot of Cricket Court Apartments in Lubbock. Clark was pronounced dead at University Medical Center.

Dial was arrested without incident after the stabbing. According to court documents, Dial has other pending charges against him and has served prison time before.

Dial is behind bars on a $500,000 bond.
