LUBBOCK,TX (KCBD) - Three Lubbock men plead guilty in unrelated cases.
Tony Jay Breedlove admits to escape from a halfway house in the 700 block of East 49th street. Breedlove's previous conviction was possession of stolen mail. He'll be sentenced at a later date to no more than five years.
In a separate case, Chris Delgado admits he possessed stolen mail. Part of that stolen mail was a credit card. He'll be sentenced to no more than five years in prison.
Finally, Andrew Kent Clark admits to making a false statement to a bank. He'll be sentenced to no more than 30 years in prison and pay back City Bank more than $45,000.
