UPDATE 9:35pm: A Silver Alert has been cancelled for a 65-year-old Lubbock man who went missing earlier this afternoon. Johnnie Glenn Bolen was found safe in Tucumcari, N.M.

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Silver Alert has been issued for a Lubbock man and his family and authorities need your help to find him.

Johnnie Glenn Bolen, 65, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia. He was last seen at the Walmart Supercenter at 82nd and Milwaukee at 1:15 p.m. driving a 2004 Maroon Dodge Durango bearing Texas Disable Plate: KZV7DV.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with "Vietnam Vet" on the front, a red, white, and blue stripped button down shirt, and blue Nike athletic shorts with a white stripe. He is 5'11" and weighs 230 pounds. He has brown hair (balding) and brown eyes. He is missing a portion of his middle finger on his left hand.
