Salvation Army opens early in case of flooding

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Salvation Army is swinging into action, fearing that Lubbock may suffer from flooding.

The Salvation Army's Emergency Shelter at 16th and Avenue J opens Thursday, to anyone in danger from possible flooding. Coffee and food will be provided for those in need.
