LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A New Mexico man admits he was shipping marijuana, hashish, and mushrooms with Psilocin from Santa Fe to Lubbock.

Psilocin mushrooms are sometimes called  psychedelic mushrooms. Benjamin J. Kleinke pleaded guilty last week in Lubbock federal court to one count of a nine count indictment with various charges including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Kleinke admits from October 2008 through February of this year he was mailing drugs to Lubbock and sometimes payments were sent back to him using the U.S. mail. He'll be sentenced at a later date to no more than 20 years in prison.
