Lubbock Chiropractor Pleads Guilty To Misdemeanor

A Lubbock chiropractor accused of molesting one of his assistants is free to continue his practice.

Steven Van Osdale pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor, and in exchange - felony charges were dropped.

The district attorney's office agreed to the deal because they said the alleged victim was not a credible witness. Van Osdale will now serve 90 days probation.
