LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -  A Lubbock County Grand Jury will decide if a Levelland man will go to trial for kidnapping.

Tuesday, Felipe Hernandez, 35, was indicted on aggravated kidnapping charges. He is accused of kidnapping a 33-year-old woman.

In April, police tried to arrest Hernandez, but he wouldn't get out of the car. Authorities kept their guns drawn until he was eventually taken into custody.

Hernandez also faces charges in Hockley County. KCBD NewsChannel 11 is at Grand Jury and will let you know what they decide.
