LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Did you know there is a best time of the day to be productive? That's why minor changes to your schedule could make a major difference in your life.
Researchers at the Baylor Sleep Center say you just have to figure out your best time of day and prioritize your biggest challenges around that. "Some people actually notice if I work out in the afternoon, I can pump more weights, I can go farther," said Dr. David Luterman, with the Baylor Sleep Center. "There are genes in your system that are on a circadian clock and these genes are in every cell of your body the master switch is in your brain."
Dr. Luterman says there is a science to circadian rhythms, which can change your sleep-wake cycles, hormone release, body temperature and more.
