LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A Utah woman is pregnant with two babies, which wouldn't be such a big deal, except that these babies are not twins and they have different due dates.
"I'm 5 weeks and 4 days in one, and 6 weeks and one day in the other," said Angie Cromar, who is carrying two pregnancies.
Angie was born with a rare condition, called Didelphys, which means she has two uteruses. Although she has other children who are not twins, this time a baby was conceived in each uterus, the odds of which are one in five million.
"Probably less than 100 so far worldwide have been reported, so she's a member of a small, elite club," said Steve Terry, M.D., and OB-GYN.
