Motorcyclist hospitalized after Wednesday night accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock motorcyclist is recovering at Covenant Medical Center after a Wednesday night accident.

Police say that 44-year-old Steven Ramirez was traveling on 19th Street at a high rate of speed around 9:45 p.m. and turned south on the access road to I-27. He hit a curb and skidded into a highway sign.

Ramirez' condition is not available at this time.
