Houston Chase Ends In Fatal Shooting - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

What started as a chase in Houston Saturday ended with a fatal shooting. Police say David Dwight Armstrong ran inside a store, grabbed an employee by the neck and forced her into a dressing room area. He then shot himself in the head. The clerk he was holding was slightly injured.

State police say they began chasing Armstrong after they discovered he was wanted on federal drug charges.
