LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - They're known for their delicious bags of burgers, but Pete's Drive In #1 at 529 34th has another family recipe they're proud of.

"This Pete's Drive In establishment has been here for 40 years now, and it has been run by my mother. I'm like second generation now, with me and my brother and sister we are running it as well," manager Tom Tzemos said. And with zero violations, health inspectors agree perfection is at the top of this menu.

Tzemos says it's takes the attention of the entire crew to keep things in top condition - which is one of their main ingredients. "Keeping it always clean and always fast service and keeping customers coming back for over the years to come," he says.

Next we head to another repeat top performer. Burrito Tower at 3001 34th once again wraps up their inspection with a perfect score.

Little might be it's name but they are big on perfection. Lil Bigham's Smokehouse at 1823 Buddy Holly sizzles yet again.

If you're looking for flawless food at any hour - Denny's at 4718 Slide serves it up.

With zero critical violations, Whataburger at 7201 Quaker Ave. Cooks to order just like you like it.

Wether you want it grilled, blackened or fried... it's always served with a side of perfection. The Shrimp Galley 5109 82nd once again reels in a perfect score.

But if your taste buds are tempted by Thai and Chinese, Uncle Chien's at 3004 34th is the place to be.

We wrap up this week's list with some sweet stops inside the South Plains Mall.

Great American Cookie bakes up another round of perfection. And a there's new spot on the top, but don't let their name fool - Crazy Muffinz doesn't just make muffins. From hand-dipped chocolate-covered cherries to Baklava - there's more than a baker's dozen of reason to stop on by.
