LPD seeking identity of JCPenney shoplifter

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Police need your help to identify a shoplifter.  Police say the suspect stole $132 worth of Southpole Shorts from JCPenney back on July 16th. 

The suspect a Hispanic man, heavy set with a shaved head.  At the time he was wearing a gray shirt, and he was last seen leaving the parking lot in a white or yellow, two-door Oldsmobile.
