LPD seeks identify of United purse thief

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Police need your help to identify a purse thief.  The suspect took a purse from a vehicle park at United at 50th Street and Avenue Q back on July 14th.

The suspect is a Hispanic man with a thin build.  He has black hair, and wore a beard at the time.  He also appears to have tattoos covering both arms.
