LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock grandmother will go to trial for lying to authorities about two murder suspects.

A Lubbock County grand jury indicted 53-year-old Janis Swanson Tuesday for hindering the apprehension of her two grandsons accused in the May shooting death of Marcus Lewis.

The same grand jury also says there's enough evidence to move forward with charges against 47-year-old Antonio Aleman.

Aleman is now indicted for aggravated assault and intoxication assault for a May 2010 accident where he collided head on with a Lubbock County sheriff's deputy.
