The Lubbock City Council flip-flopped a vote it took two weeks ago.
The council had voted to cut off sewage service to Cagle's Steak House in West Lubbock County. At the time, they believed Cagle's was illegally using the city's sewage system. But as NewsChannel 11 reported last week, when the council took that vote, it was unaware of a deal Cagle had made with the city. So Thursday, the council reversed its vote, and Cagle's will be able to continue using city sewage lines.
