LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – With the war on losing weight, the question of which works better? Low carb or low fat? Researchers at Temple University tested both diets, along with a lifestyle modification program. Researchers found after two years of study, both groups lost 7% of their body weight.
With moderate exercise, and a healthy diet, the study shows that whether you cut the carbs or cut the fat, you can lose weight and keep it off.
