LISD School Board Vacancy Filled - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The LISD school board has selected a new board member to fill the vacancy in District Four.

James D. Arnold, Senior Vice President of Lubbock National Bank, will serve the remainder of the term. He takes the place of Gary Cocanougher, who announced he was moving to Austin earlier this month.

Arnold will be up for re-election in May of 2004.
