Dietary supplements sold in the U.S. are often contaminated and may cause serious health problems. That comes today from consumer reports which says only a third of the more than 54 thousand dietary supplements on record have been proven safe.
Consumer reports suggests these 12 supplement ingredients could be the most dangerous. Here is a list of dangerous supplements:bitter orangechaparral, colloidal silvercoltsfoot, comfreycountry mallow, germaniumgreater celandine, kavalobelia, yohimbe. Use of any of these may cause serious health problems like cancer, heart trouble, liver or kidney damage.
