Xcel unsure about 3rd day of conservation alert

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Xcel Energy might or might not ask customers to cut back for a 3rd day.  That's what Xcel spokesman Wes Reeves told KCBD NewsChannel 11 late Wednesday night.  Reeves said that technical problems that had plagued the local power supply this week were not fixed but repairs might be complete by Thursday.  Reeves hopes to get us an update before noon.
