LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Texas Tech Regents meet Thursday and Friday with some big ticket items on the agenda.  Regents will discuss the Texas Tech and Angelo State University Budgets for the coming fiscal year.  They'll consider updating ASU's admission requirements, and they're expected to start the process of a creating a freestanding school of nursing in El Paso.

Regents will consider a plaque for Texas Tech's first Chancellor John Montford and they're expected to accept a donation of half a million dollars in free work from Lee Lewis Construction on the east side expansion of Jones AT&T Stadium.
