Locally heavy rainfall possible

LUBBOCK,TX(KCBD)- This afternoon skies will be partly cloudy, and with isolated strong thunderstorms there is a slight chance of rain. Locally heavy rainfall is likely, with a slight threat of hail and high winds. High temperatures will be in the mid 90s. Tonight isolated thunderstorms are possible, resulting in a slight chance of rain, otherwise skies will be partly cloudy. Lows will be in the upper 60s.

Friday's forecast has partly cloudy skies in store with hot temperatures and isolated thunderstorms. There is a slight chance of rain. Highs will be in the mid 90s.

Temperatures will be hot and skies will be partly cloudy for Saturday, and there is a chance for an isolated thunderstorm or two. Highs for Saturday will be in the mid to upper 90s.

Sunday will be hot and mostly sunny with highs in the mid 90s.
