LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day takes place on Thursday, August 5 at all participating Dairy Queen locations. Purchase a Blizzard® and $1 will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network. All Dairy Queens in the Lubbock area will directly support children on the South Plains.
Since 1984 DQ has raised over $81 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In 2009, Miracle Treat Day raised $4.6 million for Children's Miracle Network hospitals on one day.
