A one-woman crusade to rid city parks of pet waste is gaining momentum.
Tuesday, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board endorsed Delinda Harrell's mutt mitt mission. Harrell wants the city to install a minimum of 176 mutt mitt stations in parks. The stations offer plastic mitts so you can pick up after your pet.
