LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The third and final suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Marqus Lewis is now in custody. The warrant division with the Houston Police Department arrested 15-year-old Jakey Ayers around noon on Thursday outside a restaurant.

Police says Ayers and 17-year-old Clarence King, who was arrested Tuesday, left Lubbock after the murder in May for New Mexico. Crime Stopper tips helped police track down the teens in Houston.

The two teens, along with 21-year-old Charity Wilcots, who turned herself in, all face murder charges.

Detectives with the Lubbock Police Department are in Houston talking to the two teens and will start the process to bring them back to the Hub City.
