Convicted sex offender arrested in Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A fugitive from El Paso has been captured in Lubbock.

Jack Limbaugh, 63, was convicted of molesting a 6-year-old nearly 20-years ago. His parole officer lost track of him until he was arrested in Lubbock Thursday night.

Limbaugh is charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Jail records list him as homeless.
