LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock federal grand jury indicts Santos Rivera Jr. for attempted enticement of a child and several counts of attempted transfer of obscene material to a minor.
The indictment says Rivera made internet contact with an undercover agent posing as an underage girl. The indictment also says Rivera sent internet video of himself engaged in a sexual act.
The indictment says Rivera committed the offense in Lubbock County but it does not specify his age or address.
