LITTLEFIELD, TX (KCBD) – In Lamb County, a murder trial scheduled to start Monday morning has instead been delayed. Roman and Matthew Padilla are charged with the shooting death of Jorge Solivan, 19, in August of 2008. They turned themselves in the day after Solivan died. KCBD NewsChannel 11 spoke with the District Attorney's office, and learned that both suspects were set to go on trial this week. A new trial date has not yet been set.
