Hobbs man recovering in Lubbock, 2nd wanted for attempted murder

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A Hobbs man is recovering in Lubbock, after being shot in the stomach early Wednesday morning, and authorities continue to search for the shooter.  Reynaldo Orona, 30, of Hobbs is wanted for attempted murder.  Police say he shot Sergio Garza, 31, at a home in Hobbs and then got away.  Garza remains in serious condition at UMC.  Authorities say Orona could be driving a 1977 blue, Thunderbird with New Mexico plates FAZ-222.  If you see him call crime stoppers at 575-393-8005.
