LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A Lubbock man pleads guilty to charges related to the shooting in a Walmart parking lot on January 22nd.

Sultan Al-Bizri, 22, pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to one charge of Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Firearm. He'll be sentenced at a later date to no more than 10 years in prison.

Al-Bizri could still face state charges as well. Police say Al-Bizri shot Michael Devon Napper multiple times after a fender bender in the Taco Bell drive-through at 4th and Frankford Avenue. Napper stopped at the nearby Walmart parking lot where a confrontation between the two led to gunshots. Napper recovered from his wounds.
