Victim of Domestic Dispute Dies

The gunshot victim of a domestic dispute in Lubbock last August - has died. 57-year-old Charles Ishmael was shot in the chest while at his home in the 3200 block of 53rd St.

He died may 26th from complications resulting from his injuries. Ishmael's wife Gloria is the alleged shooter. She was originally charged with aggravated assault, but in light of her husbands death, she now faces a charge of homicide.

The case will be re-presented to a Lubbock grand jury sometime in the near future.
