Water line break prompts closure on University Ave.

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Due to a broken water main near 38th Street and University Avenue, southbound University Avenue near 38th Street will be closed Tuesday morning.

Drivers are asked to find alternate routes if they utilize southbound University Avenue in the morning.
