LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - State regulators discipline a Lubbock doctor according to a statement released by the Texas Medical Board on Thursday.
Andy John Gray, whose specialty is listed as "family practice" on the TMB website agreed to pay an administrative penalty of $1,500 on August 27th. An official statement says "The basis for action was Dr. Gray's failure to maintain adequate medical records for a patient."
Gray also agreed to 19 hours of continuing medical education including 8 hours on medical record keeping.
