Overnight Shooting Has LPD Searching for Both Shooter & Crime Scene

A shooting Monday night left a Lubbock man recovering from a gunshot wound to the stomach. According to police reports, 28-year-old Michael Shane Allen was taken to the Covenant Emergency Room by his girlfriend around 11pm Monday night.

Allen told police he was shot at a bar, but refused to give any further information. Right now Lubbock Police have no description of the shooter and have not even identified a crime scene.
