Garden & Arts Center host annual arts and crafts festival

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Garden and Arts Center celebrates forty years of their annual Arts and Crafts Festival. You can enjoy games, face painting, and scarecrow making this year.

There will also be live entertainment and a new family fun zone for children has been added. The festival starts at 9:00 a.m.and lasts through 6:00 p.m on Saturday. All events are at the center at 42nd and University.
