New business to open in Brownfield Wednesday

BROWNFIELD, TX (KCBD) - The Brownfield community welcomes a new business to town Wednesday. That's when a Missouri based company will officially open Landmark-Brownfield.

The business will use local cotton gin waste to make a product called "Hydro-Mulch". It's used to control erosion and to re-grow plants around construction projects. The Landmark-Brownfield Plant is west of town on U.S. Highway 380.
