WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY COOKIES:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. of Nestle White chocolate macadamia nut cookie mix

1 1/2 Tablespoons of orange extract

1 cup of dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up cookie mix in a medium mixing bowl. Add dried cranberries and orange extract. Mix well by hand. Drop spoonfuls on greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes. Makes 2 1.2 - 3 dozen cookies. Easily doubled.
