CAJUN SHRIMP SPREAD:
1 lb of cooked shrimp - peeled and de-veined
1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of Worchester sauce
1/4 tsp of Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 tsp Zatarain's creole seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all in food processor. Pulse until creamy. Chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Can substitute crab meat for shrimp.
