LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock man remains in the hospital after she was hit by car in south Lubbock.
Police say the driver of a Lincoln Town car hit 37-year-old Tracey Moreno at 70th and University Avenue as he was walking across University around 10:00 p.m. Wednesday night. Officials tell us that he thought the road was clear. The impact shattered the car's windshield.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. At this time, no charges have been filed.
