Muleshoe will be featured on popular cable show Ace of Cakes

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Muleshoe will be featured on the popular cable show Ace of Cakes Thursday, September 30th. KCBD News Channel 11 was there when the show went to Muleshoe back in June. Host Duff Goldman helped dedicate the new police building with a very special cake shaped like a mule driver's hat, which is similar to a cow boy hat.

The "Ace of Cakes" episode will also show Goldman and Manthorne participating in Muleshoe's main attractions: shooting guns, eating Frieda's homemade brisket and riding mules.

You can see all the fun Goldman and crew had while in Muleshoe on Thursday, September 30th at 9 p.m. on the Food Network. The episode called "Slow Mules and Fast Cars."
