Tuesday, Covenant also announced it will not renew the contracts of at least 70 doctors. Most of the doctors practice in rural clinics across the South Plains. Covenant Spokesman Eddie Owens says the hospital is closing clinics in Post, Hereford, Abnernathy and South Hobbs.
